磁混凝载体回收的缺点简述

我们都知道,在加载沉淀中,需要投资加载,其优点如下:

载体较大的比表面积利于絮体附着。

载体和矾花形成的聚合物利于和其他絮体形成更大絮体。

使絮体具有较大密度,更快沉速,从而允许更高的上升流速。

载体的投机使工艺占地更小,是传统工艺的数十分分之一

载体的加入可以满足进水SS较低时依然能够满足絮体生成条件

载体不和水体、药剂发生反应,可循环利用

正是通过加载 实现了更高的上升流速,所以加载是关键

为了确保载体回收,前面文章中提到过絮凝的重要性,这里说一下载体回收

在磁混凝中,通过磁鼓进行磁的回收,但是因为磁粉与絮体结合在一起,对于回收来说无法有效分开

所以常用的办法是增加一个高速剪切机用于将絮体打碎,方便磁粉回收

这里就发现,为了保证载体的回收新增加了一个动设备,但是既然已经有了动设备,完全可以利用离心力将不同密度的物体分开

所以如果一个设计良好的高速旋转 比如水力旋流 已经实现了载体与污泥的分离

所以,磁混凝的磁鼓+高剪 是不是一种浪费?
